Defendant’s Third Motion for Summary Disposition:

After Michigan’s Leave for Interlocutory Appeal was vacated as improvidently granted on January 25, 2007, the Appellate Court remanded the case to the Court of Claims.

Defendant University of Michigan filed its third Motion for Summary Disposition on Counts I & II (the discrimination claims), as well as a Cross Motion for Summary Disposition on Count III (defacto tenure).

Plaintiff filed a motion for Partial Summary Disposition on Count III (breach of contract leading to defacto tenure).
