Briefs on Appeal
The Court of Appeals granted Plaintiff’s Motion to Vacate Leave to Appeal on January 25, 2007. The effect of this order was to send the entire case back to the trial Court, including the previously dismissed “defacto†tenure claim.
Before the Appellate Court vacated leave, however, the parties had filed briefs in the Defendant’s Appeal of the discrimination claims, the Plaintiff’s Cross-Appeal on the “de facto†tenure claim, and the Plaintiff’s Reply Brief to Defendant’s Appeal. Copies of these documents are posted below.
